The Vizag International SME Business Expo 2025 is a premier platform designed to elevate small and medium enterprises by fostering business growth, investment opportunities, technology integration, and global collaborations.

The Expo is scheduled from 28th to 30th November 2025 at the Gadiraju Palace Convention Center, Beach Road, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

You can register as an exhibitor through the official website. There are two types of participation:

• Bare/Raw Space: Minimum 36 square meters for custom booth construction.
• Pre-Equipped/Shell Space: Minimum 6 square meters with ready-to-use facilities.

• Bare/Raw Space: ₹8,500 per m² (excluding 18% GST).
• Pre-Equipped/Shell Space: ₹9,000 per m² (excluding 18% GST).

Exhibitors will have access to:

• Basic infrastructure (for Bare/Raw Space).
• Ready-to-use setup (for Pre-Equipped/Shell Space).
• 24/7 security coverage.
• Cleaning services.

The Expo is open to industry professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and anyone interested in exploring business opportunities in the SME sector.

Visitors can pre-register through the official website to receive an e-badge and gain express entry to the event.

The Expo will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all three days.
